Ive come to this location multiple times, employees are great product is good. After going in today I dont know that I will be returning not 1 single employee from service to sales was wearing a mask. Customers for the most part were but it concerns me that this isnt being enforced from the top down and your customers health isnt being taken more seriously during a pandemic. The sneeze guard shields are great but dont work when employees leave that small area. I truly hope this causes as much concern for your leadership as it has for me.

I normally dont bother to do surveys or reviews. In this case I just had to. I will walk you through the sale. I went in as a interested utv buyer. It was at the beginning of covid19. I met a few guys at the door and Told them I was interested in buying! Not looking. I just didnt have the information i needed to make a decision. We talked and I figured out I was between a can am and a Yamaha yxz. I made a decision on buying a 2019 yxz. Filled out credit app all good so far. The yxz was sitting in front of me. I figured do the paperwork come back to get it. Brad came to me said bad news. This one is sold. Dont worry I will find the same one and no problem. You guessed it. Couldnt get one. They had a 2017 used one and said hed make a great deal on it. Ok. Fine. I was well qualified to make the financing work and made arrangements to pick it up. I was still wishy washy on can am. We drove both in parking lot and yxz was for me. I could tell he was starting to get irritated with me. Its a lot of money and i wanted to make sure everything was right. Long story longer we made agreement that all paperwork would be prepared and Id come in sign and do check out on safety and features etc. show me everything and teach me how it works etc. this is where I start to get irritated. I waited, and Brad didnt bother to really acknowledge me standing there. Other guys that worked around were friendly and the guy I just gave my money too treats me like Im a leper. I go in and say its all tied down on trailer and had to ask him to come out. Waited more. Finally the young guy all dealers have that help with whatever goes to the back and ask the tech what he could tell me about it? He starts his repeating of what he was told and Im asking questions. He clearly did not know much more than me. I asked how to check the oil? Is it screwed in or out when checking? He says screwed in! Incorrect. I find out later. Theyre several things I found out later that were incorrect. Oil level could be serious. Brad comes out finally. Barely acknowledged me and walked back inside. Never said anything. Didnt bother to thank me for the business or anything else. Ok... not the end of the world but a bit of a bummer. Id like the experience to be a good one because I was excited. A couple weeks later I go to finally use it and it clicks to start. Bummer. I charge battery on a trickle charge and battery reads below 12. I call and they apologize and order me a battery. Tell me we will call you as soon as it gets here. 4 days Im told. After a week I call and tell me its just sitting here waiting for pick up! Ok great. A phone call as promised would have been good. I go to pick it up today and part department tells me it needs to be filled and charged. Tells me it would have been nice to known I was coming in. Ok. Now Im starting to feel irritated myself. Ok. I will do some looking around the parts department to find some things i need. I go to front counter and Brad is there. Barely looks up from his phone. Zero customer service. Says something to me while still looking at his phone. Something like what are you looking for. I tell him and he says hell call parts for me. Contrary to this service I was in Escondido cycle and what a difference. Positive atmosphere and guys willing to help. This was after I told them Id already bought one. Im in the service industry and would fire anyone that would treat a client as I was treated. Im not talking about average service Im very disappointed. As i said I dont normally complain. Average is normal now. The service I received was below average and border line rude. Especially after selling me a YXZ that was already sold. I may file a complaint about this too. If theres one shining star Beau was friendly and took time to share some experience that was helpful to me. Id buy from him but i seriously regret doing business with Ride Now. I get to go home now and put the battery in and hope it starts. Seriously dissatisfied and disappointed. Bob Squibb Im writing you to see if this is normal? I think Brad is one of the managers so I dont expect much change. I am going to follow up on the sale on something already sold. Thats just not right.

I had some service done today and the tech fixed an annoying little body part I hadn't yet studied how to do. For all of you, this is the kinda' stuff that brings me back. I am impressed. Thank you.

Your Live chat is a FUCKING Joke a waste of my time. Twice I told your sales lady I live 80 miles away and have no phone, I needed a price for two items. I will do my shopping where they dont mind getting back to me with a price. Escondido, Oceanside, same for me. I have 3 sons and a girl, all under 16 they each have a quad as i do. And I am old school I belive a motorcycle has two wheels so for Chrismas guess where I WON"T be buying there 50, 80,100, and last 250. I would fire someone. I also have a big mouth and will tell anyone who listens that you Suck Have a nice day John W. Carneiro The customer that never was

I just want to say every time I've been in the store the sales people have been great especially the parts dept sales reps like Eric Mineau he went above and beyond helping to write on bottles of oil so I wouldn't get confused and really taking the time to make sure I didn't over purchase oil or anything I didn't really need. His patience in person and over the phone were amazing. Also I'm active duty U.S. Navy Sailor and I wanted to say thanks to the house of motorcycles for still giving a military discount it is so nice to know that there are still some truly patriotic businesses out there. I will continue to let all my shipmates know where to go to get the best prices and service. Oh ya and thanks to the service guys for extending the wire on the kill switch I bought there thanks to all the service team that was so nice of them to go the extra for me and my family.

Everything after i left my salesman Jeff, has been a total nightmare. I bought a waverunner last month and was told by finance guy that if i paid the amount i wanted to put down at a later date that my overall total amount would go down since i was financing less. NOT THE CASE. I called Yamaha and thats not how it works. My pay off quote if the same no matter what i pay. i told the guys i would bring in the cash and do the deal tomorrow but they ensured me it wouldn't matter and so convinced me to just do it then and there. After i take it out the first time i park it back in my garage only to see that im lucky i didnt cause a huge accident because the neck of the trailer that hold the front of the ski was being held on by 1 of 4 bolts and was sliding all over the place. I brought it in and once again Jeff took care of me and fixed it, but while i was there i stepped on sharp exposed screws sticking out of the ground causing physical injuries to my body and putting a hole through my shoe. Multiple workers witnessed this and did nothing so i wrote in and Tyson responded quickly and paid for the shoes but still it shouldn't have happened. My second time taking the ski out i noticed the warning light was on and would beep so i brought it in and they told me its one of the first bikes since yamaha changed systems or something and they couldn't read it with the computer so they kept my ski a week and had no resolution. The whole time nobody kept me updated and i had to keep calling. Just yesterday i took it in for its 10 hour service and this was the last straw which has warranted this to happen. I drop it off and they call me and tell me its ready later and then when i asked about the issue from the first time they dont know what i am talking about. I come in to get it and the guy gets my payment and says it will be out soon. I ask what all they did and he said " the normal" i ask when i bring it in again and he said " not sure, i think 50 hours" then walks away. They pull my ski out, water pouring out of it ( all over the manual it says dont leave water in it ever ) why when its in for service is it not taken care of properly? Then because of the water the dude who is putting it on my trailer slips and almost drops my ski onto the floor. I have to pull it from the front to get in on and while im clipping it in i look up and they are gone!!!! No "thanks for your business" no " all set" no nothing! they just walked away! I get it home and there is dirty shoe prints on the sides, seats, and its filthy! Look at the Jet and it looked like the dude dipped his hand in whatever blue grease/lube you guys use and just rubbed all over it. There is blue sticky crap all over the body around the jet and looks terrible. The level of customer service from those guys is horrendous! Im new to the world of these "toys" and have questions and want to understand how it all works and they dont even say a word and just walk away or give me smug answers. When buying oil, i asked what kind i needed and the guy looked at me like i was retarded. When i spend 25% of my annual salary on something and then get treated like this it makes me regret my decision. I was getting prices and Jeff told me not to go to temecula they would take care of me. Well aside from him and the brief interaction i had with Tyson, it has been a joke. I dont feel comfortable bringing it in for service because i feel these guys dont care about it. To them its just another piece. To me its a life changing purchase and a Huge investment. Since iv purchased it i have tons of friends and my brother looking at getting one and i cant honestly recommend they get it from you guys. I now feel stuck with something that im new to and dont have a dealership close to me to see its properly maintained. You have alot of "chill" and "cool" people working for your business but they represent the brands you sell terribly and have 0 customer service skills. While that may work for the average marine that comes and buys a bike from you guys, it doesn't fly with me and i will make sure the appropriate people are aware. Blog, yamaha, whoever i need to i will. I have been taken advantage of and its not right.

I've had my motorcycle serviced here twice now. I'm not the type of person to complain, but the first time it was serviced was about 1 1/2 to 2yrs ago. After I got my bike back that time it came back missing a side fairing and I didn't notice it until like a month later when I washed it. The fairing is black and I can see why they might have over looked that. I never called about it because I figured you guys probably threw it away. This next time that you guys fixed it you guys had it for almost 3 months. When I was first called I was told it would only be a week to 10 days. I was told I would be called and would never receive a call. I would wait about a week to give them time to call me back. When they wouldn't I would have to call and it was always the same thing. They were always waiting on a part to come in. After I finally received my bike not even 2 days later I was on my way to school and as I was turning on a busy intersection I almost fell. My bike was sideways and I automatically put my foot down and it saved me from crashing and running into the cars on the other side of the road. I didn't know the reason why I almost fell was because it was leaking oil. I thought I had seen something on the road that caused that. That night when I got home was when I noticed the bike was leaking oil because my foot was covered in oil and so was the bike. I even took pictures of how much oil it leaked. I called you guys the next morning and someone came to pick it up and you guys fixed it that same day. I was told that something vibrated out, but it seems to me like someone didn't tighten something. Everyone inside the place is very helpful, but no one ever calls you back when they say they are. My motorcycle doesn't feel the same anymore. I used to feel safe riding it and that has changed since the last 2 times my engine was rebuilt. It has been about a month now since that issue and now something else is wrong. You guys just picked it up 04/16/15 . This time I was riding home and it was making a weird sound and lost power as I was getting home. I called this morning and spoke with someone and they told me I would receive a call later in the day when they found out what was going on with my motorcycle. I just got home from work and never received a call from you guys AGAIN.

Being from out of town I had no experience with any of the Triumph dealers in the area and decided to give North Country a try for some warranty work. The service manager was very helpful and did everything that was required to get the work completed quickly because of my limited stay in Oceanside. I would definitely return to North Country for service work and would recommend them because of my very positive experience. Thank you Tom & Shawn.

"You have Pete in Service. Pete is one of the most gifted motorcycle technicians I have ever had the pleasure of turning a set of keys over to!!! I have been riding for over 3 decades and have owned lots of motorcycles, gone to lots of different technicians; Pete has that instinctive touch and attention to detail that will have you following him to service your bike no matter where he goes."
