New Yamaha Variable Speed Limiter (YVSL) gives the rider the ability to set a top-speed limit for the motorcycle to ensure a rider-selected speed is not unintentionally exceeded.
- Revised Frame & Subframe
The TRACER 9's advanced controlled fill (CF) aluminum Deltabox frame is revised and, along with a longer and lighter subframe, contributes to an enhanced feeling of stability and increased rider/passenger comfort.
- New Seven-Inch TFT Display
A new seven-inch high-brightness TFT instrument display has a slimmer housing and three selectable display themes available to suit different riding situations and rider preferences. Yamaha's next-generation switchgear features a new joystick design with button shape and feel extensively refined to provide intuitive operation in a compact, easy-to-use solution. New turn signal functions further enhance the riding experience. A soft click of the indicator switch will flash the turn signals three times, while a full click will flash continuously. Turn signals also self-cancel after 15 seconds and once the bike has travelled for more than 500 feet. The new 2025 TRACER 9 also comes with standard cruise control.
